Registration and Contact Information. We collect information about you when you register to use the Services and/or otherwise provide contact information to us via email, mail, or through our Services. This information you provide may include your username, first and last name, email address, mailing address or phone number. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Use of 3rd Party Services
We use Google analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords and Bing Advertising trackers to assist us with customer insights, and management of our advertising programs. We may collect information when you interact with our advertisements and other content on third-party sites or platforms. Payment Information. When you purchase the Services, we make use of credit card processing companies to bill users for goods and services. The Site and Service never receive or store your full credit card information. Technical, Usage and Location Information. For security purposes and to improve our service, we collect information on how you interact with the Website and Service, such as the IP address from which you access the Website and Service, general location data, date and time, information about your browser, operating system and computer or device, pages viewed, and items clicked. Customer Data. As part of the use of the Service you provide consent for SalesDash to access your store and customer data. Customer Data may include, without limitation, personal information such as names and addresses of your end user customers. This information is only used, stored and accessed as part of your use of the service or to make improvements at your request to the service. Data may only be transmitted outside of SalesDash upon your request through the Service. Any data transmitted from SalesDash is still required to adhere to its original data handling, storage and use policies from the originating source. All Customer data is subject to the Privacy, Retention and Use policies of its originating source (including Amazon). You may at any time request that we erase or stop processing this information where required by data privacy regulations.

Amazon PII Customer Data
SalesDash collects Amazon customer order data which includes PII Data (Personally Identifiable Information such as name and address) as part of our SalesDash service. This PII data is encrypted in our databases and in transport. This PII information is only collected for 2 purposes – helping a SalesDash customer with their MFN orders (Merchant Fulfilled Shipping) and to aid with Sales Taxes. As per Amazon‘s requirements, we delete all PII data after 30 days.

Use of Information

We use your information in the following ways:

• We use your information to communicate with you regarding our services. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
• We use your information to process payments as outlined in the Payment Information section of Information Collection.
• We use your information in order to enable our software to collect and process your store's data so we can provide our services to you.
• We use your information provided via feedback in conjunction with non-personal aggregate data (such as web site analytics) in order to improve our site and user experience
• Information is used to control unauthorized use or abuse of the Website and Services, or otherwise detect, investigate or prevent activities that may violate our policies or be illegal.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information for any reason. We do not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, use of the Service or, these limited circumstances:

• Non-Personally identifiable information is shared with analytics and advertising platforms in order to help us with our business activities.
